Job Title: Fire & Security Engineer

Location: Northampton and Surrounding Areas

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Fire & Security Engineer to join a dynamic and rapidly expanding integrated security services organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to become a key member of a team dedicated to ensuring the highest standards of safety and security for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct daily operational routines, including the service and maintenance of security systems, CCTV, access control, and fire systems.
Participate in the on-call rotation and promptly address customer inquiries regarding security systems.
Coordinate site visits with customers based on their individual requirements.
Identify opportunities for system enhancements and additions in line with client needs.
Work field-based, covering multiple sites within the area.
Qualifications and Skills Required:

Proven knowledge and experience in the installation, service, and troubleshooting of security alarms, CCTV, and access control systems.
Familiarity with fire systems and emergency lighting is beneficial; training can be provided.
Strong communication skills to effectively diagnose and resolve system faults.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Exceptional customer service skills are essential.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in the Fire & Security sector.
A valid UK driving license is required.
