We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Science Teacher to join our committed team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching Science across Key Stages 3 and 4 and a genuine commitment to making a difference in the lives of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and differentiated Science lessons to students with diverse learning needs.
Develop and implement individualized learning plans to support student progress and attainment.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respect and encourages a love for learning.
Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of students.
Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to support the holistic development of students.
Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and extracurricular activities as required.
Contribute to the ongoing development of the Science curriculum and resources.
Essential Qualifications and Experience:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Proven experience in teaching Science at Key Stage 3 and 4.
Experience working in a PRU or with students who have additional educational needs is highly desirable.
Strong subject knowledge and a passion for Science.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to inspire and motivate students.
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
