Some of your duties will include:

- Providing all round administrative support in the Operations Department

- Liaising extensively with couriers and logistics Companies to build successful relationships

- Contacting couriers and logistic providers to co-ordinate order deliveries

- Preparing the documentation required to accompany client orders

- Ensuring that products were ready for sales and for demonstrations

- Maintaining accurate records for all logistic movements across the Company
