This Consultancy has 7 offices throughout England and Wales, has an excellent reputation, and is consistently growing nationally and internationally.

The Quantity Surveyor's Role

Based on the Newport side of Cardiff, the successful Quantity Surveyor will join a small team working across Residential, Infrastructure, Housing and Education projects - amongst others.

Projects range widely in value and the role includes taking some ownership with client-facing responsibilities.

The Quantity Surveyor

* Completed a construction related degree

* 3 + years' experience

* Enjoys being hands-on

* Pre and post cost management experience

* PQS /Consultancy background
