What do you need to be successful?

A record of success in agency side Technology, Data and Transformation Recruitment
Experience leading successful sales/recruitment teams
Educated to degree level or equivalent experience
Experience managing the 360 recruitment processes for Technology, Data and Transformation across contract or permanent employment environments
The “knack” in building trusted relationships and the ability to network
Love and passion for your specialist market!
A “human” approach to recruitment - robots and transactional recruiters need not apply
Brilliant communication skills - we love meeting and speaking to people to support their career aspirations!
Competitive (friendly) with a history of achievements - we love people to push themselves out of their comfort zone
