Elevate Supply are an innovative provider of Teaching and Support Staff to Schools and SEND Settings. We blend market-leading technology, in-person support teams and exceptional resources backed by Twinkl, to help introduce schools and educators at reduced cost. Our aim is to re-establish Supply Work, both teaching and support, as a viable career choice by ensuring pay is fair and costs are transparent to all.

Elevate Supply will only advertise for genuine and specific positions from schools we work directly with or openly recruit to build a supply pool to service schools in a specific location. We commit to building an honest, open and supportive environment for supply staff to develop, thrive and be supported to enable young people to achieve and grow.

With this approach, Elevate Supply have already established partnerships with interested schools and Multi-Academy Trusts. We are working in partnership with one such MAT with 4 primary schools, 3 secondary schools and one SEND Setting that has asked us to recruit specifically for their schools. A highly-regarded local MAT, with more schools looking to join, they provide a supportive and nurturing environment for their pupils. We are proud to help support their recruitment and supply needs and look forward to working more closely with them over the coming months.

As the new term approaches, we are looking to recruit exceptional Teaching Assistants, Behaviour Support Workers, SEND 1:1 Assistants and Classroom Teachers across Primary, Secondary and Specialist Settings to work with this Trust specifically.
