They're looking for someone who can lead from the front. Someone who enjoys balancing hands-on technical design with leading and mentoring a small engineering team, both in the UK and overseas. This is a senior-level role, sure, but it's not all spreadsheets and sign-off. You'll still be deeply involved in the technical detail: calculations, analysis, materials selection and client conversations. You'll also get a say in product development - improving what already exists and helping bring new ideas to life.
