• Hold HLTA status or equivalent qualifications.
• Have at least one year of experience working in a UK primary school.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver planned lessons to groups or whole classes in the absence of the teacher.
• Work with teachers to plan and implement engaging learning activities.
• Provide tailored support to pupils, including those with additional needs.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Assist in assessing pupil progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents.
