Estimator - Fitout

Location - Corby

Salary £40,000 to £50,000 depending on experience

Full time, permanent position

Up Front Recruitment is looking to speak with estimators for a well established fitout company based in Corby. They have a good reputation within the industry and work on some amazing projects.

As an Estimator, you will have the opportunity to work on high-spec and interesting projects.

Day to day
• Estimate costs from first principles; including labour, equipment, and materials.
• Liaise with the Commercial and operational teams
• Prepare detailed and comprehensive bid proposals.

Qualifications:
• Previous experience as an interiors / fit-out Estimator
• Proficient in reading construction plans and specifications.
• Strong analytic and mathematical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
