This leading law firm with multiple offices are looking for a Senior Legal Secretary to work to work for one of the firms most senior partners. This is a unique role as it requires someone who has good legal secretarial skills and either some previous PA experience or the desire to develop skills in this area (project management, mentoring, acting as a role model to the team)

What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the Senior Legal Secretary:

File opening and closing for clients
Provide excellent client services for existing and new enquiries
Audiotyping in order to prepare letters, reports, forms etc
Support with ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Legal Secretary or PA
Experience working in a client facing, professional services environment
Good IT skills including MS Office, Audiotyping
The Senior Legal Secretary will be highly organised and dependable
