Job Opportunity: Personal Injury Solicitor/ Solicitor Advocate

Location: Glasgow

Overview:We're recruiting Solicitors and Solicitor Advocates to join a growing Advocacy Unit focused exclusively on litigation support and court work. This is a non-caseload role ideal for those looking to build or expand their advocacy experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver oral and written advocacy, including client consultations
• Provide legal advice on personal injury matters (with training as needed)
• Negotiate settlements and collaborate with Counsel
• Work cross-departmentally to ensure smooth client service
• Stay up to date with relevant laws, procedures, and court rules

Requirements:
• Experience in personal injury litigation
• Strong drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proven ability to manage workload and meet deadlines
