A dynamic, fast growing Construction & Property Consultancy in Nottingham is looking to add a client facing Associate Director, from a Quantity Surveying background to their team.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor Role

The incoming Associate Quantity Surveyor will join a flexible, family feel company working within a close-knit team closely alongside the Directors & Partners, in a hybrid working capacity, typically in the office 2-3 days a week.

Working in a highly client facing role, focusing on project delivery and account management of a high-profile client.

The focus of this role is to maintain and secure repeat business from this particular client and framework, which is due to come to an end next year. The goal, to retender and secure the framework for the following years.

The successful Associate Quantity Surveyor will ideally have experience managing client accounts & working in a client facing role and will have the drive and ambition to grow and maintain an account.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor

The ideal Associate Quantity Surveyor will enjoy working in a friendly and dynamic environment, be eager to work autonomously within a flexible firm and help grow this client account long term.

You will also possess:

MRICS ideally or currently working towards
Holds a BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying or construction related degree
Previous experience in a Quantity Surveying role within a UK Consultancy, ideally operating at a senior level
Previous account management / client facing experienceIn Return?

The company are happy to discuss individual requirements based on experience but are looking to offer:

£65,000 - £75,000
Car allowance
25 days annual leave + bank holidays
