About the role:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic KS1 Teacher to join our team on a long-term basis. You'll be responsible for creating a vibrant and engaging learning environment for children in Year 1 or Year 2, helping them build strong foundational skills. The ideal candidate will bring energy, creativity, and a passion for teaching, with a focus on nurturing young minds. The school offers a collaborative and supportive atmosphere, where teachers are encouraged to share ideas and innovate in their classrooms. You will be supported by a strong leadership team and have access to modern resources and facilities.

Application Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

• Previous experience working within KS1 is preferred.

• Passion for working with young children and supporting their growth.

• Strong understanding of the UK primary curriculum.

• Ability to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the needs of KS1 students.

• Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to help them improve.

• Foster a positive and supportive learning atmosphere that promotes respect and collaboration.

• Work closely with teaching assistants, SEN staff, and other teachers to ensure all students' needs are met.

• Engage with parents and guardians, providing regular updates on student progress and addressing any concerns.
