The role includes:
- Supporting up to young people in one of three amazing therapeutic children's homes
- Supporting in day to day activities
- Planning and supporting daily routines, education/career, appointments, budgeting, cleaning etc.
- some personal care may be required
- Teaching life skills and encouraging the young people to become independent
- Safeguarding the young people
- Carrying out welfare checks
- Administrating first aid as and when needed
- keep detailed reports
- follow care plans and advise of changes when needed
Holding a full UK DRIVING license and have use of a car is Essential.
