We are searching for an AP Assistant to take on an interim opportunity in a Private Hospital. 

You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth processing of invoices, payments, and financial transactions. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with AP experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilites

• Processing invoices and reconciling supplier statements
• Ensuring timely and accurate payments
• Handling queries from suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Assisting with month-end processes and reporting
• Maintaining accurate financial records

Requirements

• Previous experience in an Accounts Payable or finance role
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in accounting software and Excel
