Site Manager

A Major UK house builder who prides themselves on delivering high quality and desirable new homes are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Site Manager to lead the on-site delivery of a new residential development in a picturesque village in Kent.

About the role

This is an opportunity to join a new development of 40 units from the beginning and really put your name on it. You will be responsible for managing the programme and subcontractors on site, managing H&S, weekly reporting and delivering high quality homes with first class customer service.

Requirements for the Site Manager

Proven experience as a Site Manager in the house building industry
Experience running housing projects from start to finish
Strong attention to detail
Ability to hit targets and deliver units to programme
Knowledge of NHBC or LABC guidelines

What we offer:

Salary: £60,000 - £70,000
