About the Role:
We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled Site Manager to join our team for the LPT2 Package 5 M&E and Headhouses project at HMJV New Cross. This is a crucial position within a high-profile contract, and the ideal candidate must have significant experience in managing electrical and mechanical infrastructure works, particularly in projects for National Grid.

As Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily site operations, ensuring the safety and efficiency of the workforce, managing subcontractors, and maintaining adherence to project schedules. The role requires a full working knowledge of TP / BP / SRs and a strong understanding of project requirements to guarantee smooth project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee site operations and ensure compliance with project timelines and specifications

* Supervise and direct site activities, including safety and quality management

* Manage daily site reports, inspections, and health & safety compliance

* Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project progress

* Ensure effective communication between site teams and project stakeholders

Essential Skills & Experience:

* Full working knowledge of National Grid TP137 role, including TP/BP/SR systems

* Previous experience in Site Management, particularly within the M&E sector

* Proven experience in large-scale infrastructure projects

* Excellent communication and leadership skills

* Strong problem-solving abilities
