A well-established firm in Hornchurch is expanding its conveyancing department and is seeking an experienced conveyancing solicitor to join their growing team. Key responsibilities include managing caseloads, overseeing transactions, and ensuring client expectations are met. You will also be responsible for maintaining compliance with SLAs and regulations, accurate billing, and proper fund distribution.  Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing residential property caseloads (commercial experience is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of property law, commercial awareness, and industry insights.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a commitment to exceptional customer service.
