About the Role:

As a full-time SEND Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in creating a supportive and engaging learning environment for students with diverse needs. Your day-to-day will include:

Supporting Individual Learning: Working closely with students to provide tailored support, adapting activities to their unique learning styles and abilities.
Assisting with Behavioural Support: Using positive reinforcement strategies to help students manage their emotions and behaviour.
Collaboration with Teachers: Assisting classroom teachers with lesson delivery, helping to create differentiated resources, and contributing to a nurturing atmosphere.
Building Relationships: Establishing strong, trusting relationships with students, parents, and staff to ensure every child feels valued and understood.
