A well established, construction consultancy is seeking a Principal Designer to join their team. They provide CDM consultancy, project management and quantity surveying services to some high-profile clients. The successful Principal Designer will be joining an organisation who have built a reputation within the industry by employing and developing high calibre people.

ABOUT THE ROLE

About the role:

The successful Principal Designer will be responsible for:

* Collaborate closely with clients to foster a clear understanding of CDM Regulations

* Maintain precise and current health and safety records

* Perform comprehensive risk assessments and contribute to hazard identification efforts

* Engage with contractors, aiding their comprehension of responsibilities within CDM Regulations

REQUIREMENTS

The requirements for the Principal Designer:

* Ideally CMIOSH qualified or aspiring to.

* Exceptional client facing skills.

* Dynamic and enthusiastic with an ability to engage with all stakeholders.

* Comprehensive understanding of CDM 2015 regulations and health and safety standards.

* Proven experience as a CDM 2015 Principal Designer.

* Construction site health and safety experience is essential; experience across diverse industry sectors is desirable.
