Essential skillset required:

At least 5-10 years experience as a Site Supervisor working within heavy industry such as petrochemical, power, energy, renewables and oil and gas.
SSSTS qualification as a minimum (SMSTS preferred)
CSCS card
Experienced in coordinating construction sites
Experienced in running toolbox talks and HSE inspections/assessments
