Expleo are recruiting for an Administrator, to support our innovative and dynamic customer, based in Bedfordshire, who are positioned to become the most desirable Asian automotive brand in Europe.

This role is offered on an on-going contract basis, Expleo are keen to speak to individuals with an administration background, ideally with experience of the Automotive Industry.

Responsibilities of the Administrator include:

* Provide administration support for the Vehicle Test team, including report writing, collating data and logging of risk assessments
* Raise orders, receipt of goods, processing of invoices
* Coordinate team activities, meetings, and follow-up actions
* Raise orders, receipt of goods, processing of invoices
* Travel administration support

Experience required for the position of Administrator:

* Administration background
* Excellent organisational and communication skills, ability to prioritise workload, with strong attention to detail
* Fully proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
* Experience of a busy office environment is desirable
