The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and be proficient in a variety of IT tools and methodologies.Skill Set

• Excellent IT skills including exposure to end user services products and technologies
• Intermediate understanding of networking and security services and datacentre technologies
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong diagnostic skills and a working knowledge of current technologies
• Excellent communication skills; ability to articulate technical and business concepts, ideas, opinions and conclusions
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field or equivalent work experience.
• Professional certifications like MCSA/MCSE, VCP, or CCNA/CCNP would be desirable but not essential

Essential Skills

• VMware / Veem
• Firewall experience
• Cisco network experience
• Mix of server experience (2003 – 2022)
• 1st, 2nd and 3rd line activities as per business requirements
