Supplying a blue chip customer base, the Advanced Manufacturing Manager position is a new role aimed at driving efficiency and facilitating growth via best in class manufacturing.

Description

The Advanced Manufacturing Manager will report into the COO with full autonomy for a critical value stream and all SQDCP metrics. You will lead a team of c120 via direct reports including production and process leaders and play a pivotal role in delivering a multiyear growth plan.

Day to day responsibility will include:

Leading and developing a high performance culture
Identifying and implementing CI strategies to optimise all efficiencies
Work closely with Engineering & Quality leadership on strategy and delivery
Drive best in class inventory and planning
Lead on world class H&SProfile

The successful Advanced Manufacturing Manager will possess:

A dynamic and forward thinking approach
Experience in the manufacture of highly regulated / safety critical product
A strong comprehension of lean and transformation
Demonstrable experience driving systems and cultures to develop capacity and efficiencies, ideally in a transformative environment
Strong capability in leading process with a quality centric environment
