Social Account Director - Agency - London (Hybrid) - £45-62k DOE

The Agency

This leading global agency, known for its expertise across the advertising and branding space, create award-winning campaigns for top clients within the FMCG, retail, and tech space, to name a few.

The Role

You will be joining Social & Content team at this agency, working with a global FMCG brand. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Collaborate closely with strategy, creative, and production teams to deliver to-client content.
• Oversee daily operations, resource optimization, and profitability across accounts.
• Manage projects on an end-to-end basis, balancing creativity with commercial needs.
• Monitor content performance using research and data, understanding platform-specific requirements.
• Overseeing low-fi and high-production content when needed.
• Build strong relationships with clients while managing expectations throughout projects.
• Anticipate client needs and respond promptly to issues, avoiding over-commitment.
• Handle essential account administration, including issuing contact reports.

About You

• 5 years' + experience within Account Management and an understanding of the social media space, preferably within an agency.
• Organized and self-sufficient in account management.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented, managing multiple workstreams.
• Create budget-aligned proposals for successful delivery.
• Review legal documents and negotiate contracts.
• Experienced in shoot management and client presentations.
• Confidently engage with senior stakeholders.
• Proactive and collaborative in driving tasks forward.
