SEN Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant and inclusive primary school in Ealing, London. About the Role

As an SEN TA specialising in Challenging Behaviours, you will play a pivotal role in supporting students on a 1:1 basis or within small groups. Your focus will be on helping children overcome barriers to learning by implementing tailored behavioural strategies and fostering a positive, inclusive atmosphere. You will be working closely with teachers, SEN coordinators, and external specialists to ensure every child reaches their full potential.
