Our clients range from small manufacturing shops to large multinational blue-chip companies.

We are looking for a Sales Account Manager to join our business on a full-time basis.

This role is the focal point for our customers, and you will be the main person our clients liaise with on a day-to-day basis. This role is 80% focussed on Account Management with 20% of the role being business development to ensure continued growth for the business.

Key Responsibilities

* Act as the main point of contact for customer enquiries and bookings

* Consult with clients to provide the best solution to their needs

* Manage the full booking process, with support from the Business Administrator

* Ensure complete accuracy with quotes, bookings and invoicing

* Be a brand ambassador for the business

* Attend sales events and roadshows

* Work with the General Manager to grow the business

* Become an expert in our products and become the go-to person for internal and external queries

* Work closely with the Training Manager to manage schedules

Key Skills

* Experience in sales and account management

* Great customer service skills

* Ability to multitask and work with high accuracy and attention to detail

* Willing to learn new products and services

* Organised and flexible

* Autonomous and able to use own initiative to make decisions
