BMS Project Manager (Hybrid Working)

We're working with a well-established BMS company that's looking to hire a BMS Project Manager. This role will be split between site work (40-50%) and working from home.

You'll manage 6-7 projects, mostly commercial fit-outs and upgrades.

Responsibilities:

* Oversee project planning, coordination, and execution

* Attend project meetings with key stakeholders and provide progress updates

* Identify project risks and propose solutions

* Ensure project timelines are met and contracts are delivered as agreed

* Maintain effective relationships with clients and stakeholders

* Manage budgets and ensure financial control of each project

* Ensure projects comply with industry standards and health & safety regulations

* Lead project teams, providing guidance and support as needed

* Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and other external partners

* Handle project documentation, including reporting and contracts
