Transactional Finance Manager

We are pleased to represent a dynamic and rapidly growing, Chesterfield based company in their search for a Transactional Finance Manager.

My client is looking for a talented Finance Manager with experience in treasury management to join their team on a permanent basis. With impressive year-on-year growth they are able to offer excellent opportunities for career development and are seeking a proactive and experienced Transactional Finance Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

The key aspect of this role is overseeing accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory management, and cash conversion cycle to ensure efficient use of resources and management of risk.

* Monitor and manage the company's cash flow to ensure financial stability.

* Handle exchange transactions and manage currency risk.

* Lead and support the transactional team, ensuring efficient and accurate processing.

* Managing the company's working capital to optimise liquidity and profitability.

* Perform a range of accounting tasks, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis.

The successful candidate will have previous experience as a Finance Manager with full transactional responsibility ideally gained within the waste management, metal or construction industry. You will have excellent leadership skills and the experience to manage a small team effectively. You will be proficient in financial analysis, budgeting and reporting with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You will be qualified or working towards CIMA or ACCA qualifications.

My client is offering a competitive salary up to £45k depending on experience, private healthcare, support for further qualifications and career progression.
