JT13 - Caretaker (Part Time - 20 Hours Per Week)

Location - Scunthorpe

Salary - £12,500 per annum

Overview:
First Military Recruitment are recruiting for a Caretaker, to join an established multi academy trust based in Scunthorpe. Our client is interested in seeing ex-military candidates, but all candidates may apply.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Cleaning the site will be required, as no other cleaners will be present 
Carrying out minor repairs to the property, fixtures, fittings and equipment
Key Holder and emergency point of contact
Operate and respond to alarms and emergency equipment
Responsible for heating and the day to day maintenance of boilers
Minor grounds maintenance as required
Read Gas, Electric and Water meters when required
