An Essex based Local Authority are needing some Private Sector Housing Support!

For this role, you'll be required to have experience in:

Inspecting HMO's under The Housing Act 2004.
Experience in HHSRS.
High knowledge of Damp and Mould and disrepairs.It will be a very reactive and pro-active caseload, and are expecting inspections may be needed to take place in the borough for 3-4 days a week.

You'll also need a full drivers license and access to your own vehicle.
