Staffing Match is a trusted recruitment partner, providing high-quality staffing solutions across various industries. We are currently seeking a Planning Administrator to join a dynamic team within the food production industry.

Key Responsibilities as Planning Administrator:

Effectively manage and motivate a team, ensuring development, direction, and meaningful feedback.
Work with culinary teams to break down dishes into components for recipe input.
Maintain and update ERP systems, reviewing and inputting recipes, pricing, and galley plan data.
Collect dish weights after the presentation and create delivery and galley plans in the system.
Calculate and review Bills of Materials (BOM).
Assist in producing operational reports and solving operations/production-related issues.
Identify opportunities to improve processes for data collection across the business.
Maintain strong relationships with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders.

Requirements as Planning Administrator:

Passion for high-end cuisine, food, and exceptional service delivery.
Professional and well-presented individual with a positive, can-do attitude.
Strong leadership skills, self-motivated, and adaptable to change.
Excellent attention to detail and precise record-keeping skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to make quick decisions and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Experience using Navision or similar ERP systems within food retail, hospitality, or events.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience producing reports.
Flexibility to work across evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
Right to work in the UK is essential.
