Description

You will be responsible for:

• Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to: accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
• Develop and implement systems for collecting, analysing, verifying, and reporting financial information.
• Monitor and analyse department work to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements and reports.
• Conduct budget reviews and report cost plans.
• Perform regular risk assessments to mitigate potential financial risks.
• Collaborate with external auditors to ensure successful audit results and compliance.
• Drive process improvements for more efficient and streamlined operations.

Profile

A successful Management Accountant should have:

• A strong educational background in Accounting or Finance.
• Proficiency in accounting software and other business-related software.
• Excellent understanding of data analysis and forecasting.
• Superior attention to detail with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
• Proven experience in accounting management or similar roles.
