Are you a time-served electrician looking for a new challenge off the tools? We have an exciting opportunity for a Trainee Electrical Estimator to join a well-established M&E contractor. This role is perfect for someone with strong electrical knowledge who wants to develop their career in estimating.

What's Involved?

* As a Trainee Electrical Estimator, you will receive full training in:

* Reviewing tender documents, drawings & specifications

* Conducting quantity take-offs & material costings

* Liaising with suppliers & subcontractors for competitive pricing

* Producing accurate cost estimates & supporting tender submissions

* Attending site meetings & carrying out surveys if required

* Learning electrical design calculations using Amtech Pro Design

Essential:

* Time-served electrician with strong electrical knowledge

* City & Guilds 2382, 236 Parts 1 & 2, and 2391 (or equivalent)

* Computer literate - experience with Word, Excel & Outlook

* Strong communication skills & attention to detail

* Ambitious, eager to learn & able to work well under pressure
