Role Overview:
We are expanding and actively seeking Production Operators to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

Metal Plating Operations: Perform plating according to precise customer specifications, adhering to production plans, and documenting daily operations.

Quality Control: Ensure the highest quality production, with the authority to halt production if necessary.

Start-Up & Shutdown Procedures: Manage the start-up and shutdown of production lines, ensuring compliance with company requirements.
*
Flexibility: Willingness to work overtime to meet customer demands and support continuous improvement.
*
Health & Safety: Adhere to company safety procedures, including the use of PPE, and report any incidents or hazards.

Physical Demands: The role involves frequent lifting and moving of materials, requiring manual loading and unloading of metal parts.
What We're Looking For:

Experience: Prior experience in a high-volume production environment is preferred, but not essential. Experience in metal plating is advantageous.

Skills: Strong communication, basic IT proficiency, teamwork, and time management.

Attributes: Attention to detail, commitment to safety and quality standards, proactivity, and flexibility.
