Salary: £60000 - £90000/annum plus excellent package and benefits

Our client, a National Tier 1 MEP Contractor, is looking to source a Commissioning Manager. Initially to oversee a £60 million scheme in the Centre of Bristol, with the view of moving into a Regional role after. Great opportunity to join a business with a great portfolio of work in the Region. Open to either Mechanical or Electrical discipline.

Key Accountabilities:

* Lead the commissioning management team, ensuring the successful delivery of projects and meeting or exceeding client expectations.

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and colleagues, to promote our clients interests and identify new opportunities for growth.

* Contribute to the development of excellent practices and processes for the operation of the business, driving continuous improvement and innovation.

* Manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritizing tasks and allocating resources effectively to meet project objectives.

* Support the Project Director in bidding for new opportunities, providing technical and schedule input to the bid document, and presenting at post-tender interviews.

* Produce regular reports to the Senior Management Team (SMT) detailing key project risks, potential opportunities to increase project margins, and accurate project progress reporting.

Requirements:

* Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

* Minimum 8 years' experience in commissioning management, preferably in a leadership role.

* Strong understanding of commissioning principles, methods, and best practices.

* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and allocating resources effectively.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.

* Familiarity with health and safety regulations and standards
