Title: Spanish Project Coordinator (Multilingual)

Salary: £26,000 - £28,000

Location: Remote

PLEASE NOT TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE, YOU MUST BE FLUENT IN SPANISH, AS WELL AS EITHER FRENCH OR GERMAN TO C1 LEVEL!

The team and I here at Albion Rye Associates are currently partnered with an boutique, international, healthcare, fieldwork research agency. They have a lovely relaxed non-corporate work environment that mix cutting edge technology with smart, consultative fieldwork.

They are looking for a Spanish multilingual Project Coordinator who can also speak French, German or Italian to join their exciting, young and fast growing organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

To contact patients by phone who have inquired about a market research project and tell them about our company, register them on the system and conduct questionnaires.

Liaising and reaching out to support groups and charities in UK, US & Europe via social media & other channels to see if their users are interested in participating in research.

Requirements:

Must be C1 in Spanish and either C1 in French, German or Italian

Someone who loves being on the phone, proactive, highly organised , a great eye for detail and wants a new challenge

Some experience in a call based, project management or client/customer facing role

Analytical with basic IT skills (Windows, Excel, Word, Outlook etc)

Calm under pressure, tenacious, willing to get stuck in and wants to gain further responsibility and develop in their career
