We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join a well known business based in Bristol. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with stakeholders, providing insights to drive decision-making and business strategy.

• Prepare weekly outlooks and performance updates
• Provide regular reporting on financial performance vs budget and prior year
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes
• Identify and assess risks and opportunities
• Conduct variance analysis and provide commercial insights

• Part-qualified accountant (or working towards qualification) with relevant experience
• Strong SQL skills, with the ability to extract and manipulate data
• Advanced Excel skills, including financial modelling
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work with stakeholders across the business, providing challenge and insight
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Organised, detail-oriented, and commercially aware
