Repairs Supervisor
42,000 + Package
Maintenance Contractor
Company: A well-established, Tier 1 maintenance contractor with a great reputation for providing excellent services to clients.
Role:

Ensuring that suppliers/subcontractor works are carried out in accordance with the work sheets given and in a timely manner meeting all contract KPI targets.
Supervision of the contract ensuring that all operatives are working efficiently and productively.
Dealing with voids, day to day and reactive maintenance work.
Inspecting, highlighting, and identifying problems.
Experience dealing with voids and reactive maintenance.
Liaising with customers and addressing any queries or issues that may arise.
Ensuring works are completed on time and to a high-quality standard.
Ensuring that all client's expectations are achieved.
Ensuring that paperwork and reports are fully completed and submitted in line with the company procedure.
Driving from site to site as part of daily duties.
Jointly responsible for ensuring the workplace is tidy and safe.
Completing time sheets, work sheets, and reports as required.
Attending inspections where necessary.
Being computer literate and able to effectively use Excel.
