MANE are currently recruiting for Production Fabricators for our Aerospace client based in Bedfordshire.

Job Description:

Obtain and maintain Operator verification approval stamps.
Assist in implementing new techniques and improving work methods where possible.
Manufacture finished ducting components according to customer specifications using various metals and hand skills (stainless steel, titanium, Inconel).
Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the workshop.
Propose ideas for production improvements and cost reduction where applicable.
Adhere to all relevant AWPS and operating procedures related to the role.
Stay informed about company Health & Safety and Fire policies and attend mandatory updates as required.
Demonstrate a flexible and collaborative approach to work and teamwork.

Main Duties:

Ability to read & understand engineering drawings & follow verbal/written instructions
Driven by achieving goals & helping others achieve theirs
Happy to work in a team
Great communicator, good level of PC skills & organisation

Working hours:

Day Shift: Monday to Thursday 6.00am to 3.45pm or 7.00am to 4.45pm

Education:
Time served apprenticeship or equivalent combination of relevant education and work experience that will allow successful performance of job expectation.
