About the Role

Due to ongoing expansion, we are seeking an agile and ambitious Digital Transformation Manager to drive our digital evolution and enhance our data-driven decision-making capabilities. Our client's business is experiencing significant growth, powered by a robust and rapidly expanding customer base. With operations expanding across all three sites, we are heavily investing in a comprehensive digital transformation strategy.

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in enabling our group of production sites through initiatives such as network upgrades, cloud-based computing, and IoT connectivity.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive technology roadmap to enhance digitisation across the business.
Continuously optimise our existing ERP system and support the adoption of new features.
Foster a culture of digital innovation and collaborate with the senior management team to shape the IT strategy.
Contribute strategically to the overall business growth plan.
Identify, propose, and implement cutting-edge technology solutions with an entrepreneurial approach.
Lead the implementation of your initiatives with an agile and independent mindset, while receiving support where needed.
Provide project management expertise to ensure the successful delivery of transformation initiatives.
Work alongside the existing IT Systems Manager to ensure seamless integration and support.

Experience & Knowledge:

Degree-level education (preferred but not essential).
Experience in surface treatment processes within the Aerospace Industry is advantageous.
Lean Six Sigma or equivalent qualifications (preferred).
Experience in SME-sized businesses is ideal.
