Job Title: Warehouse Manager

Location: Uxbridge, West London

Contract Details: Permanent, Full-time - Monday to Friday (6AM start time initially)

Salary: £30,000 to £45,000 per annum

Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor material processing.
• Motivate and encourage teamwork within the workforce to achieve productivity targets.
• Supervise driver management and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular stock control checks and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Optimise resource utilisation and space management.
• Maintain high standards of quality control.
• Ensure health, safety, and security protocols are followed.
• Perform key holder responsibilities and secure the facility.
• Uphold strong housekeeping standards.
• Be flexible to suit the demands of the business.

Essential Requirements:

• Proven people management skills - The ability to lead, inspire, and motivate a team.
• Forklift Proficiency - Proficiency in operating both counterbalance and reach forklift trucks.
• Strong initiative and decisiveness.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to multitask.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• A clean, full driving licence is desirable.

Desirable Requirements:

• Experience in warehouse management or a similar role.

Technologies:

• Knowledge of warehouse management systems.
• Familiarity with inventory tracking software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
