Coyle Personnel, one of the UK's leading family-run staffing solutions providers, is currently seeking a Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer to work within a education environment in North West London

Role Summary:

As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance work within communal areas and class rooms (when available). This role requires a positive person, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities:

* Repair and maintain the building, which could include, painting and decorating, repairing walls (minor plastering), repairing doors, skirting board, basic electrical repairs (including changing light bulbs, carry out fire alarms tests, investigating power outages / problems, etc) basic plumbing / mechanical tasks (including unblocking toilets, temperature checks)

* Responding to emergency maintenance tasks as instructed by the management and support teams

* Completing paperwork

* Ensuring all health and safety regulations are adhered to

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Good all round building maintenance experience

* Previous experience within a commercial building maintenance environment or an education setting essential

* DBS enhanced check required (one can be carried out in advance)
