Preferred Requirements:

• Experience in a support worker role or a similar capacity, demonstrating empathy and resilience.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-focused environment.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
• Proven problem-solving capabilities and adaptability in diverse situations.
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive environment for all individuals.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant certifications in support work or social care.
• Experience working in community-oriented roles or with vulnerable populations.
• An understanding of the legal and ethical issues surrounding support work.
