Our client is a well run and busy company whom are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding construction division.

This role would suit somebody looking for a long term career opportunity and looking to make a day to day impact on the business from day one.

You will ideally have 2 years years experience of surveying and producing packages (roofing, cladding etc) on commercial, hotels, hospitals and retail projects £1 million-£5 million. Our client have 3 years worth of work already secured in these sectors.

Key responsibilities:-

Produce valuations and payment applications
It is essential to have the knowledge and confidence to be able to take site measurements, predominantly large trades packages, unsupervised. Surveying of properties and pricing.
Identify changes to works information
Costing variations
Understanding of quality control, material scheduling etc
Cost reporting
