Real Estate Finance Solicitor – Top 80 law firm

My client, an international Top 80 law firm, is expanding its Real Estate Finance team. The team is recognised in the Legal 500 for its work and is a key player in the industry.

The Role:

• You will be managing a caseload independently with minimal supervision, working closely with the Partner of the firm
• You will manage a varied portfolio of property finance cases, including acquisition, investment, and development finance, ensuring end-to-end case management
• You will be maintaining and developing relationships with new & existing lenders and professionals

About you:

• You will be a qualified Solicitor with 4+ years’ PQE
• You will have a strong background in commercial real estate
• You will have regularly acted for specialist funders on all aspects of secured loan originations
• You will be skilled in client interactions
