Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Construction Site Administrator for a long-term position based in Royston. The successful candidate will provide essential administrative support to the construction site team and ensure the smooth running of office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist with daily office paperwork, including filing, data entry, and document management.

* Place orders for materials and supplies, ensuring timely deliveries.

* Receipt and verify orders upon arrival.

* Track and monitor man-hours to ensure accurate record-keeping.

* Support the site team with various administrative tasks, ensuring efficient communication and organisation.

* Handle other ad-hoc duties as required to support the smooth running of the site office.

Requirements:

* Previous experience in a construction site or similar administrative role is preferred.

* Strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and other relevant software.

* Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

* Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
