Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours, flexibility is a plus as weekend required sometimes

The Role:
You will be working in a kitchen undergoing generic prep and bulk cooking, with daily management tasks ensuring duties are completed in-line with health and safety policies.
In the job you'll be tasked with the following:

Assist Senior Chefs in whichever section they are designated to.
Supporting with food orders
To work in a clean and tidy manner
Check all food is compliant with allergens
Putting away deliveries and following the all regulations
Assisting in daily and weekly kitchen deep cleans
Counter serving
Prep requirements for the day
 Be able to prepare and serve multiple dishes following company spec and to the highest quality
 Following menus and food hygiene standards in compliance with food safety requirements
Understand and follow health and safety protocols
The Candidate:
To be considered for the role you'll need to be able to demonstrate good attention to standards and instructions given.
The ideal person for the role will be the following:
- Good communication skills
- Hard working
- Keen and have a "can do attitude"
- Reliable and punctual
- Culinary and previous chef experience of similar level or looking for the next step up (minimum 2 years)
- UK right to work
