Blues Skies education are looking for a dynamic HT's PA/school administrator who is available to start ASAP at a popular secondary school based in the London Borough of Greenwich.

The successful candidate will have school based experience in an admin, office and PA role so that they can quickly bed in with processes and effectively support and enhance the busy school environment.

You will need:

* Competency with microsoft packages

* Excellent attention to detail

* Able to work within tight deadlines

* Accuracy in written work with excellent grammar and writing skills

* Manage diaries

* Meet and greet school visitors where applicable

* Booking, arranging and organising travel and events

* Be super reilable

* Conduct office administration tasks as instructed by office manager

* Excellent customer service skills

* A 'can-do' attitude
