Customer Service Coordinator

Sheridan ward is delighted to be recruiting for a busy role with a fun friendly and fast paced business in based in Hayes. This role requires a new team member who has an experienced background in customer service or account management.
If you enjoy building relationships with customers and making sure everything is running smoothly for customers this would be ideal for you.
The team will provide full training however an excellent telephone manner, IT/Admin skills and previous office based experience is a must.
This role does require you to be flexable and work 1 in 3 sundays on a rota basis, if this is done you get a day off in the week. This cannot be changed
Customer Service Coordinator duties:
- Make outbound calls to customers
- Deal with incoming calls that come in
- Make sure customers details are correct on the system
- Work closely with the sales team
- Generating leads
